Apparently cleaning up one’s FB list might require more delicacy than one would approach say, deleting old emails or cleaning out one’s closet.
The closet rule~if it hasn’t been worn in 6 +months lets just say bye bye. As with cleaning said closet, there are numerous reasons one would choose to manage one’s account~ the number of friends has become too large, ones’sense of humor, fashion or sports issues just can not be overlooked.
Face Book is fun but for introverts and privates it may actually be a ‘real time ‘relationship hindrance so the closet factor reigns (any ,all or none of these may apply):
*have not spoken face to face in 6 months, 12 months, EVER.
*have not written, commented, liked or messaged each other in 6 months, 12 months, EVER.
*you have the wrong team displayed on your profile pic… this could be a problem ) 😉
Seems like perfect management criteria. And really, if you have a FB caseload of 1,000 or so, who would care (or even notice) one less?
Some of you did…notice and care . Sometimes interests or pages change, sometimes misclicks happen. There is never any offense or malice from this heart toward others. I choose to believe its the same from you.
If you want to FB re-friend, send me a request. We’ll start afresh. Better yet, next time our paths cross, let’s say “Hey Friend” . 🙂
Until next time~~Signed~~Real Time Shandra
