Beautiful, tragic, hopefilled, poignant stories of Life.
Singles, Marrieds, Never Marrieds, Divorced & Widows.
As much as I joke about heart matters & despising that V word it’s not true. I only do so because, as I may have mentioned, it often hurts.
I’ve always considered myself uncomplicated, Compassionate, empathetic, authentic, transparent, approachable & V-u-l-n-e-r-a-b-l-e. I’ve not thought these qualities, in recent years, were a disability..(early days, yes , but that’s another story)…until it turned out I was all those ‘Me’ things too often-with the ‘wrong’ persons/groups.
Even though– the vital lesson– be very careful with whom you share & what. I’m very confident in that little Life Lesson. It’s yours…free.
So much Wisdom. So much Courage gracing this exquisite table.

“I’ve found my Voice” she continued. “With it I found Purpose, Freedom & Strength”

Nodding, we all agreed. But what she said next… “I was actually my loudest when I had no Voice.”

What’s that? Suddenly breathless… Amazing. Insightful. Inspiring.

Think about it.

So much Wisdom. So much Courage. Inspiring Women, Inspire.  For that & all of you, I am truly thankful.

This Season of Transition, thankfully, increasingly finds me in similar settings. Brilliant Women, Inspiring Courage. Being Present with Their Whole Hearts. Priceless.

More about these Inspirations soon, Until then share with us?

*Have you ever lost your Voice?

*How did you regain your Voice?

*What do you think it means “I was at my loudest when I had no voice”?

*If you’ve always had a Voice- how?! We really want to know!

  1. There are some things our children and grandchildren do NOT need to know about us, and perhaps as God leads us to be quiet – others who he will tell us to be silent. A group of Spiritual women as your group of ladies were, might enjoy pouring out their hearts to share and to heal. Thank you for sharing your awesome post with us here at “Tell Me a Story.”

I was reminded of a joke about some ladies who met to share their secret sins. All shared and some stories were shocking to say the least. The last lady revealed, I am a gossiper and I can hardly wait to get out of here!
